BC Application: Previous Address

I spent about 10 months at a stretch in my home country during the past 5 years. On the application do i have to mention the address in my home country or my communication address (Banks etc) in the UK? Thanks for your help.

Question 1.17: "Provide all your home addresses for the past 5 years." (Guide AN, page 5). That means where you lived, not your postal address.

Hi,
With respect to referees, can you please advice if the following are OK?

1st Referee: Civil Servant - Permanent employee of DWP but works part-time (British Citizen)
2nd Referee: Business Man/Car Mechanic (British Citizen)

Both the above are related one is wife of meternal uncle for the other

No, that won't do. The references must not be related to you or to each other.

HI, I am going to submit my AN in a few days through NCS. Just to be sure I am only submitting the following:

1) Completed AN form ( Latest Version December 2012 )
2) Original Passport
3) Life in the UK Pass Certificate (Original)

Request you to advice if i am missing anything?

That's the minimum you are required to submit. However, you will need more documents depending on the category you are planning to apply.
