ILR leave query and salary query

Post by pgaitonde » Wed Jan 02, 2013 1:19 pm

I have my ILR due in July 2013 but i have a couple of queries and would appreciate if someone can help me?

1. I came in the UK in Aug 2008 and my wife joined me on Nov 22, 2008 and then left the UK on Jan 31, 2009 as her dependant visa expired and she reapplied and came back to UK in March 2009 and then she went outside UK to India on leave on 11 March 2011 and came back to UK on May 8, 2011 and again went on leave on Dec 11, 2012 and came back on Dec 31, 2012. Does the 180 days quota apply for dependant also? What is the quota?

2. While going for my Tier 1 visa extension i showed £42k and my query is do i need to show the same amount during ILR?

Yes you need to show £42k if that is required to score enough points

I just need £35k to get 75 points but i thought there is a rule which states that you need to show same amount as you showed during Tier 1 extension. Can someone confirm?
