Did you get a P46 from employer C to give to employer B?

If employer B doesn't know that you are employed by employer C, they are more than likely deducting too little tax as you are effectively using your personal allowance twice. You need to correct this and if you want to continue not paying tax on your earnings from employer C, you need to arrange this with HMRC.
