PBS Dependent switch to FLR

Hi All,

I am on a Tier 2 visa till Jan 2014. I got married in July2010 and my wife got a Tier2 PBS dependent immediately after our marriage on July 2010

Also, she has been granted PBS dependent visa till Jan 2014 when my leave expires.

I am planning to apply for my ILR in Feb13 (after completing my 5 years). Can she stay as PBS dependent till 2 years and then directly apply ILR on July 12 once she completes 2 years or do I need to apply separately for her on Form FLR(M) after getting my ILR and then with in another 3 months we need to apply the ILR again?

She can stay as a pbs dependent and then apply for ilr on form set{o) once she has completed her two years.

Means her PBS dependent visa is still valid until Jan14 eventhough I change from Tier 2 to ILR on Feb'13? Is there any rule says this?

Hi,

I am going bonkers with this query and no one is replying. Could you please help me!!!!!

My wife has been in UK for last 5 years on Tier 1 and is applying for ILR in Feb.

I came to UK just 7 days back on Tier 1 dependent visa. I now want to know if I need to apply for FLRM or PBS dependent extension??

Please help!!
