Out of country applicant... kindly review the documents:

30 points Qualifications:

Original University certificate (equivalent to UK bachelor).

45 points Earnings:

1- Pay slips from Jan 06 to Dec 06
2- Bank statements from Jan 06 to Dec 06
3- Letter from employer stating gross salary
4- Declaration letter from the IT office confirming tax deductions for the previous year (2005).

Exceptional consideration is requested (no tax returns to cover the period claimed) because in Hungary the tax year is the calendar year and the tax returns are submitted in May of the following year (that would be in May 07 for the period claimed).

English Language:

IELTS band 7.5

Seems like a simple and plain application. If you are under 32 years, you can claim additional points by submitting your Birth Certificate/Driving license as well.

also...If you are applying in Feb 07 then need to include Jan payslip....
i.e. the period should be from Feb06-Jan07

Thats not required, since any 12 months out of last 15 months can be considered to claim the earnings.
