Has anyone who applied after the 9th of July got their visa yet? if so.. when?

You seem to be asking for feedback from everyone who applied, in every immigration category, in any part of the world, in any personal circumstances. I'm interested to know what value you might place on such statistics? The UKBA site shows the total volume of visas emitted per month if that is what you are looking for.

You'll have to read though and see if there are dates which match yours. There is also a document on page 3 of the thread which will give you an idea, although this hasn't been updated in a while.
