BRP card delivery

Hi,

I am going in for my PEO appointment on Monday. For the correspondence address I have placed an addressed for my employer as we have a full mail room where someone securely signs for deliveries and stores packages.

It will be difficult to get signed for delivery at my home because I am always working on client site.

Do I have to be present at the my office location for the residence permit to be delivered or can someone in the mail room sign for it and then I pick it up? This is usually how I do it when sending away for visas as receiving packages.
