urgent: in-country applicants

Post by hsmp28122006 » Mon Feb 12, 2007 6:04 pm

Hi All,

My friend is planning to apply for HSMP as an in-country applicant.

He has following questions:

UK Experience:
------------------

He is working in UK from 23rd July 2006. Can he claim the points for UK experience? What documents are required? He is on-site from an Indian company.

Salary:
--------

Since he has been in the UK from past 7 months, he wants to claim the earning on pro-rata basis. What documents are required to prove that a candidate is in another country from past 7 months?

Thanks!

Hi,

Has your friend gone thru the guidance form yet? All the documents he needs are listed there and also if he's to claim secondment salary

True, 'type' of documents required is listed there. I am asking what people have been submitting not what is written there.

People are submitting the documents stated in the guidance notes. Other documents are not accepted by HO. There are even many cases of refusal although documents submitted as per guidance notes. Why would you want to submit documents other than those stated by HO and take a risk?
