Urgent-English Lang Test is mandatory for T2 ICT extension ?

Dear Experts,
I will be completing 3 years on 31 Jan 2013 on Tier 2 ICT and want to apply visa extension around 31 Jan 2013.

Does above/first paragraph mean I will have to clear English Language test even though I have proven my English language skills in my previous/first application by providing Master's degree document as proof in January 2010 ?

The above para means what it says, you must score 10 points for English. For how you can do this read the T2 policy guidance para 122 and onwards
