Hi Kris - I got into the same situation - pleae tell me what happened next -

Baby came to India today - submitted application without medical report - will they consider because baby came india on same day so do not require to submit medical report - I have not got the decision yet..






My words of frustration - lack of infrastructure playing with us..and they get a double reward

Guys I am stuck with similar issue-

submitted the application today only - can we do anything to stop a rejection for this silly reason -

where uk born child enters India and applies on the same day for EC - but needs a TB certificate..?

Yes, there is something that can be done - submit all the required documentation.

Did you manage to send documents again?
TB test requires passport and you may have already submitted passport along with application.
