Which PEO Service to select for PBS Dependent visa

Hello forum,

I will be applying for my ILR(HSMP + Tier 1) in Feb'13 and I would need to apply PBS Dependent for my spouse (as 2 years not completed yet).

Which PEO Service should I select?
Will it be FLR(M) or Tier 1 PBS Dependent?

Does her current dependent visa last until she completes the residency requirement (2 years)?

I have booked appointment for me (SET(O)) at Solihull but I have never seen slots for Tier 1 Dependent Visa but strangely I can always see available slots for FLR(M).

I have tried about 3 nights so far and booked FLR(M) slot instead

Is it ok if I use this FLR(M) slot but apply for PBS Dependant visa?

You could bring this up with the CW at Solihull, maybe the best advice you will get from UKBA.

Sure I will take this up with CW at Solihull but my worry is if I leave it until last minute my wife may not have the option to apply in person at PEO considering the slots availability in last minuite.

Do you want me to email / phone UKBA to check whether my wife can go for PBS dependant visa with FLR(M) appointment?

Why would you wait for someone to tell you what they want you to do. After all, it is your application.
