ILR - 10 years long residency - In person application

Hi all ,

i am just wondering , can you apply in person (premium same day service) or can apply through some agent who can go in person for same day ILR application , on the base of 10 year legal stay / long residency ?

How much it cost ?

if it's in long stay(10 years) u can apply your application by post only as i know, good luck.
