Contact Number of UKBA and adivses

hi, everyone:

I applied citizenships for my UK born son and daughter in Nov, received certificate for my son just before Chirstmas, but not for my daughter, two applications were in same envolope and under same Ref No, therefore, I guess it's lost!

could anybody advise me how to get in touch with UKBA to get the latest status? I've sent email but so far no reply.

I'be grateful if you could share your experience if you've contacted them before, cheers.
