JOb Description for switching PSW to Tier 2 General

Hi There,

I am going to apply for Tier 2 General Visa and my employer applied for COS,
My Job Code is 2132 and Salary is 26K Job desigination is software developer.
In Job Description of COS he put the text from Section J Programmer but he also entered some extra as well. So now job description not lies in any of the given list. Will this affect the visa
Please give so expert segussions

programmer comes in the correponding list of section J Aand SOC 2132.
Nothing to worry. While filling the application give your job title as programmer.

Thanks for your reply.

I can put the programmer but on CAS my employer enterd my job desigination as "Software Developer", will this not be a contraduction in COS and application form.
