A franchise set up, how do I meet UKBA requirements

Hello people
I am having headaches with this. A franchise is meant to take the main company's business model, logo's etc.
UKBA wants a new company registration, how do I set up a franchise in every sense of the word and still meet up with UKBA requirements of new company registrations, websites, etc.
Please help anyone.

Before we get into that, you are PSW a migrant and there are restrictions on the type of business you can use to qualify for Tier 1 (Ent). With regard to this franchise, is your main business activity something skilled to National Qualifications Framework 4 or above?
