unrestricted COS

I am a tier 2 visa holder

I am changing job to new employer who has got A grade license and just applied for unrestricted cos for me..
can anyone tell...how long does is take to get UNRESTRICTED COS...?

RLMT

I'm currently under Tier 2 General switched from Tier 1 PSW and I'm looking to change my job. I'm wondering whether I need to take RLMT for changing my job, I know about the rules but is that really a mandatory stuff. A person who I know through my friend who is under Tier 2 recently got a job in Accenture. I check JobCenter Plus Website on a daily basis and I've never seen companies like Accenture posting jobs in JobCenter Plus Website and I guess there is an other way around. Could someone explain more about this?
