Tier 1 general dependent baby born in uk application help

Tier 1 general dependent baby born in uk application help

Hi all i am a tier one general migrant.few month ago my visa got extended till sep 2014 alongwith my wife and elder baby.but i could not apply for my baby born in feb 2012 as her passport was not ready then. Now i want to apply for her and need kind guidence of community here.

1.how long a baby born here in uk can b without visa? As somebody told me that i need to apply for visa within one year.

2.is it ok if i dont get visa for her and then when i get ILR apply for her passport straight away?

3.if i apply for her visa now, what docs need to accompany application and whether original or photocopy?im going to attach original bankstatement, original birth cert, my visa and passport photocopy, my hsmp letter photocopy, baby original passport, my tenancy agreement photocopy, plus application form and her pictures offcourse..

4.what is the fee and relevent application form...just want to confirm this...

one more question,

what is the correct fee for a baby born in uk,now 10 months old, dependent of PBS tier 1 general immigrant applying separately ( as main applicant and other dependents has already got first extension till September 2014)...

Tier 1 Dependent Visa For Baby Born in UK

I have to apply Tier 1 Dependent General Visa for my son. If you could help me out in filling the K Section of the form

K1; What is your current immigration status?

I need to know about complete Section K.
