ILR Tier2 - PEO appointment eligibility criteria

Hi,

I am applying for ILR under Tier2 route. I came to UK on 21-Feb-2008.
I will be completing my 5 years on 21-Feb-2013.

I have booked an appointment at croydon PEO for 01-Feb-2013. This date is within the general 28 days allowed to apply for any visa.

There is this field in SET(O) application form
7.11. How long have you lived in the UK? ' ' Years ' ' Months

On 01-Feb-2013 when I am submitting my application to the caseworker the actual data in this field would be 4 years and 11 months and not actually 5 years.
7.11. How long have you lived in the UK? ' 4 ' Years ' 11 ' Months

Will my application be rejected on the grounds of not completing 5 years as on 01-Feb-2013? Or will be this ok as 01-Feb-2013 is within the 28 days before 21-Feb-2013?

If I need confirmation from UKBA for this what is the email address I have to write to?

Put the actual Years and Months you have been (usually 4y11m).

Go ahead. Apply. This won't be an issue.
