he means that he s applying for permenant residance but stopped working from october 2009 to april 2010. is that going to affect his application?

We get married 05.07.09
And she start work 28.09.09, loose
That work 31.11.09, work for another
Agencie for just December and apply
For JSL and housing benefit but
Housing benefit with another address not
My and bot two letter come to my address in
10.04.10
That my wife apply for JSL and housing
Benefit but they have pay her some
Money in housing benefit which she
Need to return the some money back
Because they inform them that she get too
Much money and second letter say they have
Approve her JSL now they can pay her that
But before all this letter come in10.04.10
She have start her work that is doin till
Now and she have start paying the money back too
Why reason am asking this question is we he
No more to gether we are plaining divource
This month I just want to know if is not goin to
Afect me if I want to apply for my pr in 2015
