It's should be 95% even if your visa get refused most likely when you appeal you will win in court as long you prove it's genuine marriage and you can support your self and your wife with out helping from public funds to the court .ukba most likely they check on Ciminal records any immigration history and if your sponser currently working. Something else from July 9 onward no many people will apply for settlement visa cuz they change the law they make it tougher for the sponser and the applicant for the English test itsgonna be harder.!

It's not worldbridge who ask. It's ukba I have no idea how they gonna treat your case ! The most important thing they look for that's your sponsor in uk have income with evidence to support your selves with out relaying on public funds.

Hi there, i just want to say thank u for such an information tho, it made breath after all. And i was hoping if u help us with more please. I have applied in algeria for a setlement visa and i was refused in april this year and the refusal reason was based on: 2payslips, letter of employment and bank statments missing, and overstaying in uk. Now i have Managed to provide all this papers and i have appealed against the decision, now i am wondering if theres any chance that the ECM will overturn their decision if i provide them with all the documents mentioned above?? And how long it takes for the whole appeal to the day the visa will b stamped on my passport?? As u have mentioned in ur txt that its less people applyin for settlement so i would like to know if it is quicker now?? Thank u in advance for ur answer
