3.6 Do you have any criminal convictions in the UK or any other country (including traffic offences) or any civil judgements made agains you?
You must give details of all civil proceedings which have resulted in a court order being made against you. If you have been declared bankrupt at any time you should give details of the bankruptcy proceedings. Your pplication is unlikely to succeed if you are an undischarged bankrupt.
I used the new naturalisation forms .EJ wrote:Hi Peppa P,
What form did you use? Was there a specific question about it on the form?
When did you send your application? Are you still awaiting a decision?

You have 2 choices, either you can phone them and tell them, and they will more than likely immediately reject your application.
Or you can wait and hope that they don't pick up on your bankruptcy and potentially succeed with your naturalisation. The problem with this is that if they DO pick up on it, you could be in trouble for lying on your application form. Also imagine if they do an audit in a few years time and they pick up on it then, after you've been naturalised for a few years. You could find yourself in a sticky situation.
