Problem with maintenance funds

Hi All, I am about to apply for the Entrepreneur Visa. I have my £900 pounds as maintenance funds in a joint bank account with a friend and this money has been there for 3 months. I want to know if it's acceptable to use a joint account statement to apply for the Visa.

It is acceptable to apply with a joint account that names you. A visa (your words) application would be made outside the UK and would require a higher level of maintenance. Are you applying from inside the UK?
