Hello all,

I applied for Tier2(G) without Sponsor's reference number and COS on 28 Nov, but my employer had applied for the sponsor licence on mid OCT but they did not get any response until today . I received biometrics enrollment letter instructing me to enroll within 15 days ON 22 DEC.
I read some suggestions in this forum before so i didn't go to enroll my biometrics yet , so i think now is over 15 days What should i do now ?

Has your sponsor received its licence yet? You can check this on the register of T2 sponsors website.

If they do have their licence have they assigned a CoS to you yet?

thank you manci but no they haven't got a license yet .. they are still waiting COS , that 's what I am worried about .. should i go and enroll biometrics ? or not ?

actually they applied for sponsor licence on mid oct ... so still waiting licence approval .. haven't got COS number yet ... sorry to make you confuse.

Did your compnay requested for urgent treatment? if not what they waiting for.
and Manci I need your help open new topic on forum but no help. can I ask UKBA about progress of sponsor license application as an employee of my company?
