UKBA email bot spamming me.

Hello,
I booked a PEO appointment two nights ago, and the automated email confirmation has been 'spamming' me like crazy. It has been sending me the same appointment confirmation at least 4 times every hour.
Has anyone been experiencing this? What suggestions do people have to resolve this please?

I got the same thing on my appointment day and the next day as well...
