Dear all,

My tier-2 intra company transfer visa got stamped in india on 23-april-2008 and i arrived in uk on 3-may-2008. Then i changed my visa state to tier-2 general in may-2010 which is continuing till now. I am going to apply for ILR through SET(O) form. Just need to know when I can apply.

will it be 28 days from the visa stamping date or the first arrival date.

If its 28 days from visa stamping date then where its mentioned in the ukba website.

Also the list of documents required for ILR ( i am in tier-2 general visa at the moment)

Search for and download 'counting continuous period' document from UKBA website.

Set O form for all the doc requirements.
