Hello,

May-12 4939.64 --- here I got £2000 bonus
Jun-12 2916.67 ---From Here i got hike
Jul-12 3037.5
Aug-12 2757.12

Sep-12
Oct-12 7333.34 (since I joined on Sept, they paid 2 months salary in Oct)
Nov-12 3666.67
Dec-12 3666.67
Jan-13 3666.67
Feb-13 3666.67

NOTE: All these amounts gross salary, and after deducting tax, net salary has been credited to my account.

Does it look good for my previous earnings?

Please tell me ASAP.

Yes, I need to earn just more than £40K to get required points. Will case worker ask me why those salaries are different?

no i dont think so, as I have fluctuation in my salary too. she didnt ask.

as long its employment they dont any question, make sure you get a letter from company stating your GS and NS.

thats I done too, because of fluctuation.

Can you please clarify on "a letter from company stating your GS and NS. ", Should that letter should mention each months clarification? Do you have any format please.

no letter is necessary, gross & net salaries are mentioned in the payslip itself

@navu4204u

I don't see the problem here! HO asked every applicant to provide two proof of income with each corroborating each other. Your payslip and your bank statements are there to do that job.

You may or may not get letters of employments from your two employers but that is by the way. I don't get the need for fretting here pal! You have don't a good job of meeting your target. Provide full details of your two employers on the form and if HO is not satisfied with your payslip they will ring them.

Easy!!

Looks like you need letter from employers at the end of the day

There is no need for any employer's letter here.
Payslips and bank statements are fine, as long as they corroborate each other. Salary fluctuations, multiple employer etc are all fine.
