Dear Team,
I would like to know that am eligible to British Citizenship as i was born in 10 may 1983 , at this time my father was staying in Durham university from July 1982 till July 1985 ( preparing PHD ) with my mother the both were in UK during the said period after that we moved to Egypt
waiting for the advice and thanks for the cooperation i remain

As you were born after 1 January 1983, it would depend on your parents' status. If neither of them were 'settled' or citizens of the UK then you are not British.
It sounds as if your father was in the UK on a student visa and your mother as his dependent. If so, then the answer is no.
