Tier 2 depndent HELP PLZZ

Can some one confirm the maintenance requirement for tier 2 general dependent plz


My wife got her entry clearance in December 2012. I am in UK but going to India for applying as a dependent on 28 jan 2013.

Is it £600 or £1800?

According para 44, 45 and 48 of pbs dependent guidance(http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... olicy1.pdf) I think the 1 year rule is for tier 1 but not for tier 2.

Yes, (thanks for indicating) which means in that case,as this is a T2 application, and the sponsor is not providing maintenance, the amount is fixed at 600.
