flr(o) 10 year partner route

Post by majojo » Fri Jan 18, 2013 7:34 pm

hi guys am new to this and would like to get some understanding. i recently applied for flr/o for the 10 year partner route. i and my partner have been working for 3 months. our combines salaries meet and exceeds 1550 a month. the reason why i applied this route was because my current tier 4 is about to expire and as such crossing my third month will obviously make me am illegal immigrant. we do meet the 18600 but the reason is i cant work for more than 6 months that's why i applied using only me and my partners combines salary for 3 months applying for the 10 year partner route. i have included all relevant documents. joint stuffs. any one with any experience or suggestions??

also what is the processing time for this

I was referring to the category being a relatively new one. Consequently, there may not be many people with experience or suggestions.

Not necessarily. If you satisfy the requirements, then they would not have any grounds for refusal.
