Appeal

Post by Mona1990 » Fri Jan 18, 2013 5:44 pm

My husband's visa has been refused because i did not have 6 months of payslips. What i want to know is should i appeal or should i submit a fresh case? The reason for asking is when i applied I had only been in that job for 4 months, so i could not have submitted any more. Please get back to me

So an appeal is a complete waste of time.

Lucapoka is absolutely right. Your appeal will fail as you will be submitting evidence that is new and was not available at the time of making the decision.

Mona please could you let us know the full reasons for refusal. if it is just the 4 months statements, I would advice you to submit a fresh application with all the required documents and make it rejection proof by including a document check.

If document check is too expensive just use the link I provide the next message to do a self document check. Good luck.
