Income band - query re application form

On Q28 Q31 on the application form, I am a bit confused as to what to put for the income band and country code - according to the guidance, my country code is A (I am in the UK), but what should I put for the income band? Should I put eg. £20,000+?

I am really confused as the wording in the guidance notes is very unclear.
