bank not included my team member’s name

I applied for Entrepreneur visa on £200,000 investment from within the UK with my 1 team member ( switching from student to the Entrepreneur visa 200k ) ,I have £100,000 in my Indian bank account and my team member have £120,000 in his bank account but my bank not included my team member’s name in my bank latter.... ..is it ok ?
if not what can I do now ?

I still haven't received my biometric letter.

Banks are only allowed to issue letters unto account holder's name. They cannot issue it for third parties.

You need an official affidavit (notary signed) from india in which you allow your team member access to funds in your account. Then the same should be done by your team member for you.

1) Bank letter and bank statement would prove that bank is regulated under RBI in India (similar to FSA in UK). And funds are held in bank account and are disposable to the account holder

2) Official Affidavit would give permission for access to your bank account's funds for third party (or your team member). These are only applicable for NON-UK bank accounts.
