HI all

I got my ILR approved through hsmp+ Tier1gen 5yr
category( No dependents)

Many thanks and grate full to moderators, Guru's and members who helped me going through with my application .appreciate all of them who are running this forum and for their prompt and valuable information. it really saved my money and time by following this forum.

I am pleased to share my experience with you guys which might help some one

Documents provided

passport
2Photographs
life in the uk test report
12 month payslips
12 month personal bank statements

section D2 part i left it blank as it is irrelevant and no questions asked about that . i had 230 over all days absence from uk

process time 2 hrs,

Congratulations on your ILR. Could you please give more details about dates (EC stamping date, first arrival date in uk, T1G general renewal date, T1G visa expiry date). Also, did they asked any questions for the over 180 absences your case (especially as you have not filled D2 and D3 questions).

I know there is lot of information on the >180 days absences, but it helps others.

What evidence did you provide for your absences please? and what reasons did you write ?

AND

age points you were awarded at your initial HSMP ?
age points you were awarded at your HSMP Extension ?
age points you were awarded at this ILR Application ?

Did they took your current Biometric card or are they return it you??

I was already in uk before applying hsmp in jan 2008 and got tier 1 in 2010 jan and expires in feb 2013. no questions asked on absences

Hi

No need of evidence for tier 1 category up to 180 days per year , and I wrote annual leaves for all

You will get same age points as of your initial grant

I never had BRP before so they gonna send new one within 7 days I believe
