Next question is for my my wife ;;; Because of the change of My status in UK (as i mentioned above, i am applying for ILR)?

My wife is currently on Tier 1 dependent Visa (expiring in 2014).

As i am applying for ILR now (after 5 years completion from Work Permit+Tier1+tier 1 extenion);;;;

what will happen to my wife's visa status? Does she need to apply at the same time with me for some other visa (if yes, which visa?? ILR?? ) OR does she need to wait for her current leave as Tier 1 dependent to expire in 2014 and then apply? if yes (which visa at that time)

What is the next step for her?
