Hello There,

my company is ready to sponsor me.
my current salary is £25,000. Is it safe to get COS as Graduate Developer.?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Use programmer rather than Graduate becuase thats only if you have worked less than 6 months after graduation.

For programmer you would need only 26K.

Get the COS now. But apply COS in april by 26000 in COS. SOC code should match the job title.

yes if you submitted the COS already. generate the new COS and fill 26k as your salary.

Hi Jeevojay,
your salary has to be 26k for 37.5 hrs minimum. You cannot mention a salary figure less than that to the job title you have mentioned. Else it will be mistaken for another job title which is 25k. Hence, the job title/salary and hours should be at or above nqf level 6/26k and 37.5 hrs respectively.

Also graduate developer is good to mention if you graduated recently (say 6 months max). If you have been working for more than 6 months since you graduated, it will be a risk and will be landing yourself in danger zone.
