After reading visa been refused because
Of 3 months pay slip I'm getting worried
Know as I have also submitted 3 months
Payslip but I heard if you submit p60
Then your visa will not be refused as your p60
Shows wot you have earned for a year

My husbands visa was refused because i did not have 6 months of employment at the time of the application. However at the time of the decision i did have 6 months. What i am confused about is whether i should submit a new case or whether i should appeal? different soliciotrs have said different things. Does any1 know what the best thing to do is? though an appeal will take a long time ive heard that if i submit a fresh case they will be knitty gtritty. can any1 give any advice? plz..
We are thinkin about apeal..because our lawyer z sayin its ez & will take less time..
Lets c what happnd..
I had the same problem but decided to go with a fresh application, I had put it on the form why my first application got refused so instead of apealing i was applying again and got my visa in 35days.

For ppl who will be applying in the near future-
Try to add your PAYE TAX CODING NOTICE with your documents,
You can get this from inland revenue
0845 302 1444
This is an official document and It will help.
Good luck

MashaAllah that's great news! I'm looking to submit my husbands visa case in February once I have 6 months slips for the second job that I have started. What evidence did you submit along with payslips and bank statements? (If you don't mind me asking)
I'm going to see a solicitor next week but I would really appreciate any advice from someone who has been through it themselves.
Thank you.
Thank you. As this is a time line topic, if you PM me, I would be happy to discuss the evidence that I submitted.

Asalaam o Alikum
I have also applied for my husbands visa in pakistan and i am from UK..
But i only provided 4 months of wage slips... will that be okay? I know the law requires 3 but apparntly they advise 6
The lady at Gerrys did say though because i provided a job contrct showing my job was permanent i should be okay...
has anyone else faced this problem ?
