Tier 1 General Dependent Visa Application Same time

Hi All,


I have little confusion about sending the postal Application for Tier 1G main applicant along with dependent.
1. Can I send both the application in same the packet?
2. Can I pay my dependent’s application fees from my debit card?
I know the above queries might look very obvious but it is better to consult most knowledgeable bunch of people rather than remain unsure.
