FLR(M) english language requirement

I am applying for visa extension as dependent of settled person in the UK.
I recently got certificate from UK NARIC confirming my bachelor's degree is equivalent to UK bachelor's degree.

Can you please confirm if the above “Statement of Comparability” covers both points (1&2) of the UKBA’s 3rd option below:

They hold a degree that was:

1) taught in English, and
2) is equivalent to a UK bachelor’s degree or above.”
Do I also need to request “Enlish Language Assesment” letter to fulfill above requirement?

Please help.
