Question on Urgent treatment form

Hi All,

Q1. Can we submit urgent treatment form along with the application?

Q2. Can we submit offer letter from UK employer dated in next month to consider my application under urgent treatment?

Please advice me.

Ans1. You can only submit urgent treatment form after you get the Reference number. you will get it once your case is assigned to a case worker.

Ans2. You can Fax Urgent treatment form stating about the offer letter from UK employer dated in next month to consider your application under urgent treatment.

I think you should send the urgent treatment form once you receive your reference no.

Send an Urgent Treatment forn through a fax stating the reason and also fax a copy of the letter from your employer. I have not seen any case where the Urgent Treatment was sent with the original application. I have also gone for Urgent treatement both at the time of HSMP and FLR.

Ashekt or any one, could you please tell me how many days it will take for decision if we make urgent request after getting reference number.

I think there is no set criteria but if they do consider your request and assign it to the case worker, your case might be decided in a week's time and it might take another week to get your docs back...
