When can I go for an ILR

Hi ,

My Visa was issued in April 2008.
But I came to the UK in Aug 2008(4 months late)

As I'm not meeting the requirements of ILR(5 yrs), I have gone for Second extension which is now valid till Apr 2015.

Can you please guide me , when can I go for my ILR .
Is it in April 2013 or Aug 2013 ?
