Do we need Photographs for PEO Appointment?

Hi All,

I need to confirm , do we need to take photographs with the application form during the PEO appointment , or the photos are taken during the PEO appointment (no need to take photographs for the PEO appointment)

there isnt a separate version for postal & PEO appointments

You have to take photos for a PEO appointment too. They will take some more photos for the biometric card though when you are there.

You need 2 photographs and write your full name behind that.

I'm going to apply for my 2nd Tier 1 General extension at a PEO centre.

To the PEO centre, do we need to take a filled in paper application? or
Do we need to fill the Online application, submit it and then don't take any paper application? (Just carry only relevant evidence documents)

This URL says about applying online!! I'm bit confused.

There is no online form. You need to fill in the (only) paper form and take it with you to the PEO appointment.
