SET(O) or SET(M) which is the right one for DEPENDANT

Hi Expertz,

I have two questions..
1) My wife currently holding Tier 1 dependant extn visa.. and she can move to ILR by June on the basis of 2 yr stay.Which one does she need to go. SET(O) or SET(M)??? Her Tier1 extn case study has told her that she can go for anything, that created lot of confusions..

2) 2YR eligible Period for ILR dependant - is that 2 yr from the date of entry to UK or the date in which the initial visa is granted?
