Am planning to send my application within the next couple of days.

Please review my document list and advice.

1. Education - 30 points
Original Degree Certificate
Letter from NARIC

2. Past Earnings - 45 points
12 months payslips on company letterhead, signed and stamped.
Form 16 from April 2005 - March 2006. Since it does not cover the full year am also sending

Original Bank statements ( 12 months )
Letter from employer

3. Age - 5 points
Original Birth Certificate

Please let me know if anything else is required.

it is better to send ITR also with form 16.
