Hi Everyone!!!

My husband is on ILR Visa from june 2011 and I am on ILR dependent(Spouse) VISA from the same date. What VISA should i apply for my child who is 4 months??

In the UKBA website it says that I cannot apply for ILR dependent child VISA as I (Mother of the child) is not on ILR VISA.

I also need assistance with the documents needed for the above.

Now I am in India and will be applying for VISA from here.

Its urgent. Please help me with it. :?

Was your daughter born in the UK?

Not quite sure what website you are talking about. However it make a difference if the father is the only one on ILR.

My son was born in India. UKBA is United Kingdom Border agency website.
Can i apply for ILE from here?
