Hi! Gagan 1986,

In the Employer's letter should I mention that I have worked for My Present Employer for 3 Years,back home.,in the same Designation..

If I am correct, you meant that you were working for the same employer back home before 02.06.2008 for three years as well?

Because your ILR is based on 5 years on workpermit in the UK(well 4yr 11 months) you can get away with just putting your employement details when you started working here in the UK.

If your employer wants to add a line in the letter about 3 years back home, that wont do any harm.

No worries mate, havent received BRP card yet. Apparently in the approval letter it says 7 working days but normally as per this forum average is about 4 working days. So hopefully will receive one early next week
