What if an Employer brings workers into the UK from the USA without a visa, they organise accommodation, the worker uses the Employers offices and carries out work for the Employers clients.
The Employer is paid for these services by the client.
However payment or salary for the worker is paid through a company in the USA.
If this happened over a 10 month period during 2011 is this still a criminal offence? What could happen?
