hi i m on psw my visa going to expire on 29th june 2013 my compny going to apply for sponcer liecence can pls any1 suggest me is it right time to apply coz i left only 5 months to go on my visa whts the processing time for sponcer liecence and and whats the main cause of refusal of sponcer liecence application...

Your company should apply now they don't have specific time but currently taking the 2 to 3 months. make sure that your company certify all the documents with registered solicitors and meet the guidelines. don't forget to read the sponsor license guidance

Well what I have seen from forum. mostly is when the supporting documents are not certified properly
