Post by naCC » Sat Feb 02, 2013 3:53 am

Hi my twin babies were born in th UK while i was on tier 1 (now granted ilr) but after about 3 months they went back home and has been there for 1 year and 3 months and now i want them back with me, my question is that do they need A dependent visa or should i apply for British Passport ?

Hi Vinny are you sure they can apply for BC ? As on the form it asks for the date of ILR for babies but they were never granted ilr as i sent them back home without any UK visa.
