want to immigrate to the Neatherlands

Hi I'm Al living in the USA and am looking to immigrate to the Neatherlands. My family began in Holland, and now I want to return to my roots. Given that I have ancestors that lived in your country, does this make it easier to immigrate? if you want to email me my address is
