New student visa rules and doing a second degree

Hey guys!

I just completed a Masters course in Marine Biology (5 years). I used to study a business-computing course before for about 2.5 years.
I want to complete the BSC degree in business-computing, one year left.

Under the new rules, can I still apply for the BSc in order to complete the course?

If there any possibility to apply for a student visa again?

were you on a Tier 4 whilst studying Marine biology? and what about studying business computing?

it depends on how many years you have left from the time limit allowed by UKBA.
